HOW WE MONITOR OUR SERVICE STANDARDS?
• Each property will be assigned to a Property Manager according to area. Contact details of the property manager will be given to each tenant.
• Each property manager’s portfolio is reviewed on a weekly basis by a Senior Property Manager.
• On a monthly basis, a director will review the property manager’s portfolio and check for outstanding maintenance issues etc and recommend immediate courses of actions where problems have not been resolved.
• We send out bi-annual questionnaires to our landlords to give us feedback on our service and the property.
OUR CREDENTIALS
• All our property managers and senior staff are ARLA qualified. Training forms and integral part of our business with staff kept up to date with the latest industry legislation.
• We are members of the following trade bodies and approved tenancy deposit schemes:
NALS (National Approved Letting Scheme)
OEA (Ombudsman for Estate Agents)
TDSL (Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd)
DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
