Care & Repair Enterprise Ltd provides home improvement services for older home owners and disabled people residing in the London Borough of Hillingdon.

In 2011, ARPM acquired Care & Repair Enterprise Ltd. ARPM resources and expertise in maintenance and property management will be used to increase the range of services available to homeowners and tenants across Hillingdon Borough and Greater London.

About ARPM
ARPM are a specialist property management company offering outsourced property management services to estate and letting agents. We manage over 2000 properties across the UK and provide inspection and inventory services to over 80 estate agents and property management companies.
ARPM maintenance management now includes in house services as well as access to over 1000 approved subcontractors.

Response Maintenance
We provide rapid response maintenance services for a variety of clients from tenants to homeowners.  Emergency maintenance services include 24/7 response and call out services.

Planned Maintenance
ARPM’s planned maintenance programs are designed to ensure that any potential problems are dealt with before a crisis occurs, ensuring customers benefit from cost savings by reducing the number of reactive call outs.

Refurbishment Projects
ARPM are experienced in carrying out larger, specialist one off bespoke projects. The list of works that can be undertaken is extensive but would typically include property refurbishments, interior/exterior decoration, repossession management etc.

Handy Person Service
Small repairs service for older, disabled and vulnerable groups.

Home Repairs and Adaptations
A comprehensive service to take clients through the process of repair improvements and adaptations to their homes.
