ARPM Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Services
It is a legal requirement for a valid EPC to be in place before a new tenancy agreement is finalised.
The provision of an EPC also applies to the sale of residential property where the EPC must have been commissioned before the property can be marketed.
All EPCs must be produced by an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
ARPM provide EPCs throughout the UK and all of our DEAs are fully trained, accredited, CRB checked and actively and regularly monitored for quality assurance through their accreditation with Elmhurst Energy Systems. For added peace of mind, all ARPM DEAs are covered by both Pubic Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
