ARPM Business Opportunities for Inventory Clerks and Domestic Energy Assessors

We have established an approved national network of APIP qualified Inventory Clerks and Domestic Energy Assessors who undertake this work for our growing client bank.

Working as a panel member for ARPM involves operating to formal service levels and standards and agreed fee scales but should produce a significant and regular flow of business.

All inventories and EPCs are lodged via the Elmhurst Energy Systems portal with all lodgement fees being paid by ARPM.

All Inventory Clerks and Domestic Energy Assessors benefit from free Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance on all work undertaken. Elmhurst also provide independent monitoring for quality assurance purposes.

We are interested in considering APIP qualified inventory clerks and Domestic Energy Assessors who operate on both a full or part time basis.

ARPM are offering significantly subsidised training to Domestic Energy Assessors who are prepared to train as APIP qualified inventory clerks and who will provide the dual role of producing both Energy Performance Certificates and inventories.

Inventory training involves attending a two day inventories course which includes the APIP exam and subscription (£195) and a half day induction programme with ARPM (free). If you are an experienced inventory clerk, you will still need to pass the APIP examination which costs £80* (includes first year membership) * This price is exclusively through Elmhurst Energy Systems Ltd only.

As well as “dual role” individuals, our panel will also include single role members who will provide either inventories or Energy Performance Certificates.
